Features of Weisse Beer

Cerere Beer is tasty and refreshing. The full-bodiedness is conferred by the wheat malt. The presence of yeasts in suspension causes its typical turbid appearance. The colour is straw yellow, the foam white and compact. A slight hint of banana is conferred by special yeasts. The gradation is light, the ideal match is with delicate and fresh dishes, not too tasty. Bresaola carpaccio with parmesan cheese and rocket and fish dishes are typical combinations. It is also excellent as an aperitif.
